By submitting health data or other content, you grant Wellith a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for Service provision and improvement. You represent that you have rights to submit such content.

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content remain with Wellith or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

8. Payment and Subscriptions (if applicable)

Any fees or subscriptions associated with premium features will be clearly described. You agree to pay all applicable fees.
